  I got told I would have to wait to find out if I could be seen for the shift change of dentists, after telling the receptionist I was in extreme pain and had been all weekend, after telling them i had no insurance and was paying out of pocket they basically rushed me out the door. I would tell anyone in my age group to not come here. They don't care at all.

  My family and I ended up starting with this office several years ago. The dentist we originally saw never helped any of us on any of our return visits. We were bounced from dentist to dentist, with some of them leaving the location shortly after. Nearly every time we set an appointment for a service, the service was split into multiple visits, rather than just being handled; resulting in a lot of wasted time and sick pay by our employers. They claim they are open later to avoid that hassle, which I have not seen to be true. After about 4:30 pm, they all seem to be scrambling to get to happy hour, rushing their work to "get it wrapped up". The staff is less than courteous when you call to inform them that you are going to be late, or have to cancel; sticking to their policy on charging you for being a "No Show". To top that off, they are consistently going for the upsell, so that they can chase the employee of the week bonus.an understandable goal, but they will award cash to whomever, whenever; even while they are working in your mouth, and not waiting till behind closed doors. I would not recommend this location to anyone unless you show up in a several thousand dollar suit, driving a Ferrari, or personally know the dentist. My family was always treated like we were second class citizens at this location. Take your time, and find a dentist who wants to help you; and not just help themselves.
