  The doctor himself seemed nice enough. I went in for a check-up/help because I was feeling dizzy. I talked to him for about 10 minutes and he told me it would probably go away on its own in time and he sent me on my way, no prescriptions. (It did after another week). If a doctor visit just had to do with the doctor himself, I'd probably rate him okay with 3-4 stars. Unfortunately, it doesn't. His office/administration was horrible and the reason for this review. I have TRICARE for my insurance, the insurance that services the military. It's not an uncommon insurance option - it's the only for all active and reserve military. His administration told me that they had no idea about what it does or doesn't cover, and no idea if my visit would be covered and that I would have to call my insurance to find out. I did call, while standing in their office, and TRICARE asked what they would be billing me for to know if it's covered. They said they had no idea. How can my insurance agent tell me if what they are billing for is covered if they have no idea what they're going to bill for? I should have left right there, but we eventually worked our way around to say that they would only bill me for a "Basic Wellness Exam" which is covered fully, and if they wanted to bill for anything above and beyond that, I needed to be notified. The entire ordeal was horribly unprofessional on their part, and I knew I wouldn't be coming back here after this. I got my first bill, which seemed exceptionally high for a couple minutes with the doctor, but I swallowed my pride, paid it, and chalked it up to getting ripped off by someone I didn't know and just Googled and wouldn't do that again. Then, NINE months later I just received a second bill, for the same service. I called my insurance, and they have no record of these second charges. I called the number on the bill, and they said that this is the bill for just the lab work, and that the doctor never gave them any insurance information. Their policy is, in the absence of any insurance, to submit to Medicare/Medicaid by default. It apparently took them nine months to hear back that I'm not covered under Medicare/Medicaid, and then they sent me the full bill. There's no information about them not having an insurance agency or needing that information, just a full bill. I called TRICARE and they confirmed they have no information about these charges, and kindly offered to remain on the line while I called the number on the bill. I gave the people my insurance information and now they're going to process it. Why did Doctor Molk's office not understand how to deal with TRICARE when they list their office as being a primary TRICARE provider? Why were they unable to tell me what services were billed and if I would be covered? Why did they fail to pass along my insurance information to the lab when they obviously had it since my first bill went to TRICARE? Why did it take nine months for them to send me a bill? Why was there no indication that there was a lack of insurance information, and they just sent me a bill demanding payment instead of asking for that information? BOTTOM LINE: Whether you have TRICARE or another insurance agency, it's clear that care for the patient is not a concern at this office. I would HIGHLY recommend finding another healthcare provider.

  Dr. Molk is one of the best doctors I have seen in years. He is very nice, compassionate and knowledgeable. He doesn't rush on appointments and spent enough time with me. I agree with some of the reviews about the office staffs; but I most good doctors have bad staffs. If you plan your time and schedule well in advance (I would say morning), things will go smooth. I am only concerned about the doctors and nurses, not the receptionist. You wont regret seeing doctor Molk, he is the best.

  Dr Molk is one of the best doctor's we have ever seen. His compassion, thoroughness, and true, caring attitude is unlike most if not all newer doctors today. If you want experience, this is the person, if you want to see someone who only cares about emailing you, and spendning 2 minutes on an exam, go elsewhere.
