  I needed a follow up with my DR. to get a RX refilled. I made an appointment to see the DR but was seen by a PA who didn't read my chart. She rewrote the prescription differently than the DR and now the insurance company wont cover it. I have called the office 3 times to have someone call me back and no one does. So I will be finding a different Urologist. I will also let Anthem know not to keep recommending this office.

  When you are just a few days away from a surgery and you have some major concerns and questions about it, so you type up a very detailed email to your doctor. But Doctor's staff (not even a PA-C, probably just a nurse) think they are smart enough to reply without talking to a doctor. And when you request to talk to a doctor who has already seen me twice, they want you to come in for more consultation (rather than just replying your email), which will literally cost you like a daily lift ticket to Vail since you have not meet your deductible. Oh well I guess it's just an American way of health care. People blame Obama and health insurance provider for all these but I think snobbish hispitals play equal part in it. I cancelled my surgery and probably planning to get it done somewhere in India or Thailand.

  This place is pretty quick and efficient. I had Dr. Huff for my operation and she was professional, caring, and good to talk to. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needed a specialist and I would gladly see her again for anything else.
